Jason Meyer P.T. Jason was raised in Dubuque and attended Dubuque Hempstead High School. Jason received his Bachelor of Natural Science from the University of Northern Iowa and his Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa.
While attending the University of Northern Iowa, Jason was a two time all conference runner in cross country, three time all conference runner in track, and an all conference academic selection for both.
After graduation from the University of Iowa Physical Therapy program, he was employed by Finley Hospital in Dubuque, Iowa from 1998 - 2000. He served as a staff physical therapist and gained experience in out-patient orthopedics, in-patient, home health, and nursing home.
In June of 2000, Jason started at Dubuque Physical Therapy in Dubuque, Iowa. He has been working in workers compensation, orthopedic and sports medicine.
He is a certified strength training specialist by the IWA and certified in the treatment of soft tissue injuries using Augmented Soft Tissue Mobilization (ASTYM) by Performance Dynamics.
Jason is the owner/director of Dubuque Physical Therapy.

Mel Harvey P.T Mel received his Bachelor of Science from University of Southern Mississippi. A graduate certificate in physical therapy was received from Ohio State University. He has 36 years experience in hospital and out-patient physical therapy with emphasis on orthopedics and industrial rehabilitation.

Bill O'Dell P.T.
Bill received a Bachelor of Science from Central
Michigan University, a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the
University of Indianapolis and a Master of Business Administration from the
University of Dubuque.
Bill teaches orthopedics and business in the
Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Clarke College. He is certified as an
orthopedic clinical specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy
Specialties.

Amanda Cyze, DPT, ATC
Amanda graduated from Clarke College in Dubuque, Iowa, in 2002 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, also from Clarke, in 2006. She is also a certified athletic trainer.
Upon graduation, Amanda began working for Finley Hospital in Dubuque, where she gained experience in out-patient orthopedics for both adult and pediatric populations, as well as in-patient therapy. Amanda also worked in aquatic physical therapy.
Amanda brings a wide range of experience working with athletes in sports rehabilitation. She has served as the athletic trainer for the Dubuque Thunderbirds hockey team in the 2003-2004 season and has also worked with various other sport programs at the college and high school levels.
She is certified in the treatment of soft tissue injuries utilizing the Graston Technique.
